Thames Water Complaint

"I have just had a call from a very unhappy man at Thames Water.

Two things, first the gates were found open every day last week, not sure why but we need to ensure that they are locked at all times apart from recognised sailing periods.  Apparently someone was rude to the Thames Water man when challenged, I apologised, no idea what really happened or was said but...

Secondly, boats and trailers are being padlocked to the new fence, Thames Water will cut locks off if they find them. 

The gates must be locked at all times, except for recognised sailing times.

Any padlock found attached to the new fence will be cut

All Thames Water officials are to be treated nicely, they are only doing their jobs"
