Recent runs

Hi everyone,  

Great run from the Plough in  Bletchingley last night : very good to meet up with Les, Michael C, Mike Rice, Mike and Sue, Lisa for a run of 5 miles around the quarries and along the bottom of the Downs.  

Sadly the weather turned against us after only a few minutes and we got a good soaking but that’s just one of the perils of running so it didn’t really affect us too much............... 

I had to race off (?) afterwards so couldn’t enjoy the pleasures of the pub grub  but I left some rather sodden Creakers to try to look as though they hadn’t just walked out of the shower and go inside for the pleasurable pint................. 

I’ll be away next week so what I suggest is this : next Wednesday 27^th anybody who can make it meet up at the Fox car park and perhaps do this route which is around 4.67 miles ..........

The week after when I’m back in the UK takes us into September and things start to get dodgy for finish times – suggest we meet at the Plough again in Bletchingley for a similar run to last night – the route – roughly – as follows:
